St. Luke's is committed to assisting those in our community and parish who are in need.  Mother Hubbard's Cupboard assists them in connecting with Niles Community Services and other organizations.  We ask for God's blessing in this endeavor.

We provide various types of education and discussion throughout the year.

During the Service Sunday morning, we have two groups of children (depending upon age) who participate in religious education.

During the year we provide theological and spiritual presentations and discussion for adults.  Discussions usually last between four and six weeks (one night a week), and have included topics like The Book of Revelation, Prayer, theology and spirituality surrounding Mary, Women in the Old Testament, and different topics on Jesus the Christ.

Also once a month we have a BOOK CLUB which meets and chooses contemporary books for discussion from suggestions made by the group and books from "Best Seller" lists.

Altar Guild

Members and friends of  the parish who take care of the Sacred Space on and around the Altar, including  linens, candles, books, vessels, water, wine, and much more.  Setting up for Services, removing and cleaning items following the Service is no small task.  We are so grateful for their ministry to us.
